PAYMENT:
Strictly 30 days on all approved accounts. All other customers payment with order.  VAT: is charged extra at the rate ruling on the date of despatch.
CARRIAGE:
Charged extra on all orders. PLEASE NOTE Carriage charges shown apply to UK mainland ONLY. If you wish goods to be sent outside UK mainland please telephone 0 (44) 161 688 7049
NON DELIVERY:
Within three days of receipt of invoice should be notified immediately and in writing within seven days.
DAMAGE OR SHORT DELIVERY:
Must be notified immediately upon receipt of goods and in writing within seven days. E. & O. E.
TITLE:
Remains in Allied Sports & Leisure Ltd. until the account is settled in full.
CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS:
Return of goods will not be accepted without prior permission. A handling charge of 17.5% will apply. Purchasers will be liable for any costs incurred in returning products and restoring them to their original condition. This does not apply when there is a genuine complaint.
