We will agree to match and beat the total cost of any like for like product displayed with the "PRICE MATCH" logo. competitors equipment has to be manufactured to the equivalent standard of our product.

PAYMENT:
Strictly 30 days on all approved accounts. All other customers payment with order.  VAT: is charged extra at the rate ruling on the date of despatch.
CARRIAGE:

NON DELIVERY:
Within three days of receipt of invoice should be notified immediately and in writing within seven days.
DAMAGE OR SHORT DELIVERY:
Must be notified immediately upon receipt of goods and in writing within seven days. E. & O. E.
TITLE:
Remains in Allied Sports & Leisure Ltd. until the account is settled in full.
CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS:
Return of goods will not be accepted without prior permission. A handling charge of 17.5% will apply. Purchasers will be liable for any costs incurred in returning products and restoring them to their original condition. This does not apply when there is a genuine complaint.
